The Season To Be....

Gift- giving, Christmas tree, Christmas lights, Christmas carols, nativity scenes, garlands, mistletoe and Santa Claus are the stuffs common to see at Christmas. Christmas music fill the air, Christmas lights illuminate the night and Santa Claus makes children on cloud nine. With all this customs of celebratory, what is the essence of Christmas?

There are two for me. One sharing that comes from our heart, volunteer and with no doubt. This act is righteous and can bring joy to the world. Sharing gifts, love and a part of our life are enough to fill the day of Christmas. It should be like this. It’s not about the item it’s about the content, essence, spirit and meaning of the item.

The second is forgiving. We must let go our anger towards other. Forgive them because this is the season when all of us are friends.

But how the Christmas should be is depend on us. We have our own ways to celebrate it. Different ways but its intention is good. And the important in Christmas is that our family is whole and remembering and celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.

The Change

I know a bit about climate change. Climate change is a significant and lasting change in the distribution of weather patterns over periods ranging from decades to millions of years.

Most people understand climate change as the same as global warming. But it is not, global warming refers to the increasing surface temperature of the Earth while climate change includes global warming and everything else that greenhouse gas levels will affect.

We must face the truth that nothing on this world is permanent. There will always a climate change. We cannot stop it but we can prepare for it. For me having this change is a good sign that our Earth is still alive and evolving.

In the end, our decisions affect our destiny. Just be a good citizen of the Earth to live it to the fullest and worthy and always care our Earth.

Equality and Diversity

We must face the truth that we live in a world where rivalry is all over the place. Everyone wants superior power over the other even they are sacrificing equality. Self- indulgence, self-centeredness, greediness and craving for power causes inequality.  It is sad that without equality many people are discriminating, hearts are broken, opportunities are wasted and lives are ruin.

Equality is a necessity for our lives so we can fulfill our goals and to live life to the fullest. Achieving this we can bring goodness to the whole world. There will be no discrimination, no life will be destroyed and no one will be the victims of inequality.

God created all men equally. We are not equal in terms of physical aspect but we are equal in the eyes of the God and have equal rights. With equal rights comes with equal opportunities. Everyone will have their chance to write their own story and choose their path.

With equal rights in our grasp we can have equal opportunities. Imagine what we can do if equality dominates. With this equality we will be able to do the impossible, righteousness will be everywhere, goodness will dominate the world and humanity will go farther.

We Go Around The World

Every time we go from place to place we need to communicate to the citizens but a place have its own language that keeping us apart. Communicating globally is a lot work to do before we can do this. "Going Global Through English Language" a theme of this English month's celebration. English? Globally it is the most use language in the whole world and almost all countries had already learned to use this.

Learning and using English language to communicate globally is the best way to understand others and making us closer to the world. By doing this, we can do a lot of things. We can bring good to this world, peace, or achieving our goals.

Even though we can understand and know a person through his culture, behaviour and anything else but this is not enough. It is better to know a person if we learn their language.
