would like to congratulate you for your successful SONA.
In your SONA you said that our
objective is to expand the reach of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program
(4P’s) in which the families with children up to 18 years old will be included
in this program so that their children will be able to finish high school to
have 40 percent more income. First of all, I am agreeing with this program
because it aims to eliminate extreme poverty by providing cash assistance. And
I am confidence because the beneficiaries are selected thoroughly and they
deserve to be benefitted. A while ago you said that you expand the reach of the
program, I am agreeing with this too. Maximizing the benefit will ensure the
progress of the financial status of the beneficiary.

But I am concern
for some consequences of this program. There is a tendency that the beneficiary
will use this program for pointless things. Or the parent of the family will no
longer to work for themselves because they only rely in this program. I hope
you make an action with regards to this problem.
Overall, this
program can provide a hope for those who are hoping to stand again and those
who do not have a place to start with.
